Ayodale Cole | CEO & Founder

Ayodale holds two undergraduate degrees in Accounting and Computer Information Systems as well as a graduate certificate from Boston University and has worked in the information technology sector for over 15 years. Ayodale has extensive experience in the Mobile, ERP, CRM and the Systems Integration as a consultant and subject matter expert and worked on some of Microsoft Dynamics GP largest implementation in the US. Ayodale has also worked with a broad range of companies including technology, telecommunication, oil and gas, health care, retails, apparel, financial and food and beverage as well as field service management companies. Ayodale has design and developed mobile systems that allow field employees to connect and transact with their home office while on the go as well as allowing Sales resources to access customer vital analytics remotely. Ayodale has also collaborated with Arthur D. Little as domain expert and consultant to develop a comprehensive research around mobile payment and premium SMS in North America.


Dr. Vijay Kanabar | Founding Board Member

Dr. Kanabar is an associate Professor of Computer Science and Administrative Sciences and Director of the Project Management Programs at Boston University. BS, University of Madras (India); MBA, Webber College; MS, Florida Institute of Technology; PhD, University of Manitoba. Dr. Kanabar has unique expertise spanning both business practices and computer science. A certified Project Management Professional, he has advised numerous organizations on training and technology needs including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Staples, United Way, and Fidelity Investments. Dr. Kanabar is an internationally published scholar and teaches courses in Innovative Marketing Techniques, computer science and information technology project management and is recognized by local and national media as an authority on electronic commerce, identity theft, and data systems.


Dr. Barry Unger | Founding Board Member

Dr. Unger is an Associate Professor of Administrative Sciences at Boston University, and also a member of its Faculty of Photonics. He holds two bachelor degrees (with interdisciplinary emphases in electrical engineering, humanities, and R&D management) from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and its Alfred P. Sloan School of Management, and a Doctorate in Administration and Planning from Harvard University. A well-known expert and researcher on high technology and venture capital businesses, and the development of innovative products, Dr. Unger has founded, served as an officer, and/or participated as a director or advisor in numerous companies, such as Kurzweil Computer Products, Inc., (which became Xerox Imaging Systems), Separation Technologies Inc. (which became part of Titan International), Color Kinetics, Inc. (which was acquired by Royal Philips Electronics in 2007), Barr Associates (which was acquired by Brush Engineered Materials, Inc. in 2009), Bookham Technologies, Inc. (now Oclaro Inc. NASDAQ:OCLR), Mercury Computer Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ -MRCY) Marketware Corporation (acquired by Pricer AB), Solbright, Inc. (now part of Operative One Digital), TPR Media, Audiocasefiles.com, Courtroom Connect, Inc., and Fractal Antenna Systems, Inc. He is a Founding Faculty Member of Boston University's Photonics Research Center, and Cofounder and Chair Emeritus of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Enterprise Forum. Dr. Unger served in President Carter's administration as Senior Advisor on Science and Technology and is the recipient of the Vincent A. Fulmer Lifetime Achievement Award at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.


Key Compton | Board Member

Mr. Compton is currently a SVP at AddThis, which provides Connected Audience Marketing to buyers and sellers of online advertising, helping them to identify connected users who share similar values, lifestyles and behaviors. Prior to AddThis, Mr. Compton started four other companies; Xgraph which was sold to AddThis in 2011, Solbright which provides the online advertising industry with software systems to manage the advertising sales, operations and billing; Mimeo.com, which is today one of the largest digital printing companies in the USA and SoundSpectrum, a software firm within the field of music visualization. Mr. Compton has an MBA from the Columbia Business School and the London Business School and a BA with honors in Economics and English from the University of Vermont, where he also received the Kidder Medal for being the outstanding senior graduate in leadership, scholarship and character.
